As a first time home buyer with a lower budget, Chun was very patient explaining the process and helping me find something at or below my price range (hard to do in this market!). He was always available and easy to reach.

He kept me informed about the housing market in my area and when I was ready, Rick made the perfect partner to help me through the process. Rick is honest, straight forward, and easy to work with. Jake has helped us through the buying and selling process twice and we've been more than satisfied. She is very personable and positive. She seems to really listen to your needs and wants. She was also honest and not pushy. She could tell right away if we weren't into a home and would come up with another option to try instead.

Chun is a very responsive and knowledgeable real estate agent. He was my second agent due to poor service from the first and I'm glad I made the switch. Chun showed us houses for almost 6 difficult months due to rising market value. He responds to calls, emails and texts very rapidly, immediately if he's not with a customer. I was referred to Julie Rogers by my daughter who had bought a house from her. Julie is very knowledgable and if she was unable to answer a question, she would find out the answer right away. I really valued her expertise and felt she was very responsive to any questions I asked. In order for me to feel familar with a city outside Salem, she offered to show me around so I could make a good decision on a home. I feel that Julie is an excellent realtor and I would recommend her highly.
Daniel was awesome! Through his great communication and timeliness he was able to find us a great home. We were not able to be present for the visits but Daniel Facetimed us and it worked out great. The negotiation and inspection process was smooth and seamless. We knew that we could rely on Daniel through out the entire process.
