We came from out-of-town (5 hour drive) to view one house with Nydrie. She rearranged her schedule that day and the next to show us other homes in the area. She is knowledgeable about the area and noticed small details about the homes we viewed. Although, we ultimately did not buy a home she proactively negotiated for closing costs when we made an offer. Best of all Nydrie has a fun positive outlook! We are looking forward to working with her next Spring when we return to the area to buy a home.
