Daniel has been fantastic to work with! He helped us find our "new to us" home and when the listing expired on the home we're selling, it made perfect sense to give him the listing. Daniel has been SO incredibly responsive and available! And we bought in McMinnville and are selling in Happy Valley - didn't phase him at all and he drove up every weekend to hold an open house, despite the distance from his "home base." Debi is a trooper! Not only were we looking out of her area, but with the very specific and little known, USDA Rural Direct home loan. There was a learning curve for us all, but Debi dealt with it with commitment and tenacity! She remained in constant contact with us, the selling agent and our loan officer and found answers if something was unclear.
