Daniel Chin was professional at every point. He did not hesitate to show homes the day of finding new listings, he was extremely accommodating to our schedule. Did not mind assisting on the mortgage side when things got a little tough. Daniel did not mind going to extra mile and putting in the time by making offers for multiple properties at the same time, enhancing our chances of having an offer accepted. This was great in this fast paced selling market. I will be giving him a call when the time comes to find our next home.
Chun is a warm caring easy going realtor that lets his clients view a home without hovering or pressuring them. We came from out-of-town (5 hour drive) to view one house with Nydrie. She rearranged her schedule that day and the next to show us other homes in the area. She is knowledgeable about the area and noticed small details about the homes we viewed. Although, we ultimately did not buy a home she proactively negotiated for closing costs when we made an offer.
