Chun was amazing. There is a reason why he is rated so highly. He was so quick to reply to any question we had. He made himself available at any time and in any way--text, email, phone call, and in-person. I admit that we are not the most knowledgeable about the process of selling and buying. He never treated us like we were dumb. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth, and that is saying something! Lining up a sale and a purchase all on the same day was complex. He made it all happen.
Nydrie listed and sold our house for us. She gave lots of good input but never pushy. We really felt she was looking out for our best interests and helped us to have a realistic outlook and expectations. She was very professional, timely and responsive. Nydrie helped my wife and I buy our second home in Albany and sell our first home in Turner.
