Nydrie was very responsive to all of our needs and went out of her way to answer our questions. It was great reconnecting with Nydrie as a friend and to also benefit from her professionalism and expertise. Her recommendations for staging and pricing our home were spot on! Most of all she was encouraging and positive which helped relieve our anxiety!

Chun was amazing. There is a reason why he is rated so highly. He was so quick to reply to any question we had. He made himself available at any time and in any way--text, email, phone call, and in-person. I admit that we are not the most knowledgeable about the process of selling and buying. He never treated us like we were dumb. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth, and that is saying something! Lining up a sale and a purchase all on the same day was complex. He made it all happen.
Nydrie listed and sold our house for us. She gave lots of good input but never pushy. We really felt she was looking out for our best interests and helped us to have a realistic outlook and expectations. She was very professional, timely and responsive.
