Bob is wonderful! Not only does he have years of experience in the Salem area, he is warm and personable, and offers knowledgeable advice without ever being pushy. When we were preparing to put my house on the market, he kept an eye on the landscaping, lined up a professional photographer to take photos as soon as the flowers bloomed, and had my place listed immediately. Rick called early on to see if we were interested in selling our home. At the initial contact we were not ready to list. Rick followed up with us on a regular basis with information about the market and our neighborhood. When we decided to list we contacted Rick. Our sale seemed to go smoothly. Our realtor was quick to inform us of anything we needed to know. It was the first time we had sold a personal property. We had used Rick to negotiate a sale for an out of state owner who was a client of ours. It's sale also went well. We would recommend Rick to anyone who wanted a positive result.

Chun was very flexible with his time and made every effort to help find exactly what we were looking for in a home. After several weekends of searching, and after one failed sale, Chun didn't give up even when were ready to call it quits.
