This is our second time to ask Jake to sell a property for us. Again it was as easy as could be. He made signing all the docs simple even while out of state! It sold in short order and for even more that what was listed! He made the whole process go easy and smooth. We will be calling him again for sure! We are glad to call him a friend as well. I highly recommend Jake Lucy to sell or help you find your home. I am a retierd veteran, jake was very well educated with the VA home loan process . He was able to answer my questions and concerns about buying my first home. He is very up front and honest with helping you find the right home for you. When I first met Rick he asked if we were going to be interested in selling our home. I told him we were but we just weren't sure when. He asked if it would be ok to call every so often to see if we were ready. I told him that would be fine. Every few months we would get a call and he would ask if our plans had progressed. I can't described with words the outstanding job Chung does! Fast responses (any time), focused only on houses that met my criteria as I requested it, 100% flexibility (even after hours), etc. I was never pushed into buying something I wasn't looking for, Chun always supported my wants and reminded me of the house I was looking for when I seemed to be falling in the rush to just buy whatever was there. !!EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!
