Rick called early on to see if we were interested in selling our home. At the initial contact we were not ready to list. Rick followed up with us on a regular basis with information about the market and our neighborhood. When we decided to list we contacted Rick. Our sale seemed to go smoothly. Our realtor was quick to inform us of anything we needed to know. It was the first time we had sold a personal property.
