Chun was able to sell our house for a lot more than we were expecting. He helped us with 3 buyers, with the third one actually buying the house for more than the previous 2.
Our sale seemed to go smoothly. Our realtor was quick to inform us of anything we needed to know. It was the first time we had sold a personal property. We had used Rick to negotiate a sale for an out of state owner who was a client of ours. It's sale also went well. We would recommend Rick to anyone who wanted a positive result.
Chun was very flexible with his time and made every effort to help find exactly what we were looking for in a home. After several weekends of searching, and after one failed sale, Chun didn't give up even when were ready to call it quits. We all powered through with his energy renewing us and we finally found our Forever Home.

Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was there every step of the way, from day one until the day we moved in to our new house. Daniel was always available to answer any question we had, and if he did not have the answer he quickly found it. He also did not hesitant to use his experience to offer us suggestions throughout the process. Daniel made the house buying process as easy as possible!
