Rick called early on to see if we were interested in selling our home. At the initial contact we were not ready to list. Rick followed up with us on a regular basis with information about the market and our neighborhood. When we decided to list we contacted Rick. He met with us and reviewed the property and gave us pricing on other homes to compare. We listed our home and it sold in 3 weeks. Our sale seemed to go smoothly. Our realtor was quick to inform us of anything we needed to know. It was the first time we had sold a personal property. We had used Rick to negotiate a sale for an out of state owner who was a client of ours. It's sale also went well. We would recommend Rick to anyone who wanted a positive result.

Chun was very flexible with his time and made every effort to help find exactly what we were looking for in a home. After several weekends of searching, and after one failed sale, Chun didn't give up even when were ready to call it quits. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was there every step of the way, from day one until the day we moved in to our new house. Daniel was always available to answer any question we had, and if he did not have the answer he quickly found it. He also did not hesitant to use his experience to offer us suggestions throughout the process. Daniel made the house buying process as easy as possible!
