Chris went above and beyond for us, doing everything from coordinating requested repairs to negotiating closing dates and costs. We ran into some challenges with buyers financing that delayed my new purchase, but Chris pushed through like a champ to lobby for us to completion. He was very responsive, usually within an hour of contact. He came to us with high recommendation as well and we see why. We would highly recommend him as well.

Daniel was extremely helpful in selling our house. Response time was quick and so was the close. He explained things well and was not afraid to be upfront with us about what we needed to do to sell our house. He was everything we expected out of a real estate agent. He was very professional. We would recommend him to the next friend.

Chun made buying our first house super easy. He knows his stuff! We were very nervous at first but Chun always answered our questions fast and made sure we understood every bit of the process. Bob is wonderful! Not only does he have years of experience in the Salem area, he is warm and personable, and offers knowledgeable advice without ever being pushy. When we were preparing to put my house on the market, he kept an eye on the landscaping, lined up a professional photographer to take photos as soon as the flowers bloomed, and had my place listed immediately. Daniel is amazing. We just bought our first home and he did such a Fantastic job finding it for us. Daniel guided us through the entire process and was available to us when we needed him. We could not be more pleased with our new house and would have been completely lost without his help.

Rick called early on to see if we were interested in selling our home. At the initial contact we were not ready to list. Rick followed up with us on a regular basis with information about the market and our neighborhood. When we decided to list we contacted Rick.
