We were initially interested in a different home however, upon inquiry learned it had been sold, Sam was the listing agent. Sam immediately asked if we were currently working with an agent and if there were any other homes we were interested in. In fact, there was. Chun is extremely efficient and responsive. We got a fantastic deal on a house because of his quick responsiveness and flexibility.
