Sam was the agent representing Wind River Homes and the beautiful, newly constructed houses/lots they were offering. He was great with communicating and fighting for all our tweaks to the floor plan, even if they were last minute.Very open and honest about the entire process. Definitely a great agent with an abundance of knowledge on the area.
I tried to talk to a few realtors before I went with Sam. They were under pricing and telling me that I wouldn't be able to sell because I own dogs. Sam was very reasonable and clear about what I needed to do to sell the house at the best price possible. He explained everything easily and made the process as pain free for us as possible.
