Chun is, hands down, the absolute best realtor I've ever interacted with. He's so on the ball all the time. Superb communication skills, like responding promptly and great at explaining the more complicated aspects to real estate sales. He's also very good at describing different options along with the risks involved with each. He manages to do that with an immense amount of respect and without making his clients feel pressured to make a particular decision. All these traits add up to the best realtor for real people.
