Jake did a great job selling our father’s home shortly after his passing. Jake guided us through the sales process during probate and was always available for any questions that arose. His knowledge of the local market was instrumental in determining a competitive price and quick sale. He was always cheerful, positive, responsive, and able to provide recommendations for any work that needed to be completed on the home.

Jake was incredibly helpful. He felt more like a trusted friend than a realtor. Jake showed us any house we were interested in, even if we were skeptical if we'd even like it. He also was highly knowledgable on conditions of homes, inspection needs and what to expect in the entire home buying process.
