Chin was great from the start. Me and my wife were looking at homes for a year before we bought ours. Chun was patient and helped us every step of the way. When the time came to put in an offer, we closed within a month with the help of Chun. He is a great realtor and am thankful for his help

Relocating from the Los Angeles area in Southern California I had the best experience with Chun. Always quick to respond to any text and willing to jump on the phone to address any questions or concerns. Jake was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from our first call to after closing. Jake is the kind of agent you hope you’ll find if you need help buying or selling and you are not an agent yourself. We were out of state buyers and he put us at ease with how responsive he was and just how much he knows. 10/10 would recommend but 5 stars is all Zillow had.

Jake was very responsive, professional and friendly. We called him to assess if we wanted to use his services, and he called us right back and got to work. He guided us through the process with ease. We weren’t local, so we needed local knowledge and Jake did just that. From recommending appliance stores to landscaping, he had it dialed in. I would definitely recommend and/or use Jake in the future.

Jake is a stellar agent. In a three month period, he helped us both buy a new home and sell our home. Debi Cole is exactly the type of representative I want. Some of her qualities as a real estate professional are: 1. Very knowledgeable about the market, trends and properties...if she doesn't know, she spends the time researching. 2. A good advisor, looking out for things a client may not see or be aware of. The advice is for the client, not necessarily the agent (but she works to insure the two are aligned) 3. Tough negotiator - doesn't take any crap from anyone.
