I tried to talk to a few realtors before I went with Sam. They were under pricing and telling me that I wouldn't be able to sell because I own dogs. Sam was very reasonable and clear about what I needed to do to sell the house at the best price possible. He explained everything easily and made the process as pain free for us as possible.

Sam has assisted us in selling three homes and buying one, over a span of fifteen years. He is extremely knowledgeable and he knows exactly what it will take to sell your house. No sugar coating, but he always gets the job done and in a respectful manner. We highly recommend him!

Jake is a very professional and personable realtor. He was very helpful and answered a variety of questions my wife and I had prior to listing our home for sale, during the listing of our home, and even during post-sale of our home, until close of escrow. Jake was there all the way. Now we are in the process of looking for a new home with Jake and could not be happier with his service and expertise. Highly recommend!

We have sold a few houses over the years but this was by far the easiest experience we've ever had. Chris is on top of everything and always responds quickly when questions come up. We were first-time homebuyers and had no clue what steps to take. My partner and I wanted to work with someone that would be a subject matter expert in this process.
