Relocating from the Los Angeles area in Southern California I had the best experience with Chun. Jake was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from our first call to after closing. Jake is the kind of agent you hope you’ll find if you need help buying or selling and you are not an agent yourself. We were out of state buyers and he put us at ease with how responsive he was and just how much he knows. 10/10 would recommend but 5 stars is all Zillow had.
Jake was very responsive, professional and friendly. We called him to assess if we wanted to use his services, and he called us right back and got to work. He guided us through the process with ease. We weren’t local, so we needed local knowledge and Jake did just that. From recommending appliance stores to landscaping, he had it dialed in. Very knowledgeable about the market, trends and properties...if she doesn't know, she spends the time researching. 2. A good advisor, looking out for things a client may not see or be aware of.
