Once again, Collins has proven itself to be the best HVAC contractor in the Valley. I'm a longtime customer of this business, dating back to 2005 when I had an AC emergency in my previous home in Chandler on a Saturday evening in mid-summer. Collins from start to finish eye excellent! Very thorough walk through of available units to installation steps, followed up by a QA after installation. I will recommend to anyone to use this vendor because you can't go wrong.
Needed a plumbing upgrade to kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and install a new lavatory. Collins was prompt, courteous and neat. Left the job site spotless. Would recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. Couldn't be happier!!!!!

I got home on Friday to my house being super hot. I called Collins Comfort Masters as they are the ones that I got my new unit from last year. I expected to leave a message since it was Friday after 6 but not only did they answer but they sent Steve out that night. It turned out the breaker had popped so he showed me how to tell and put it back. Over the weekend it kept popping so Monday when I got home I called them again. Matt was very pleasant, explained about the water heater, answered my questions. He removed and then installed the new water heater in a timely manner. I would recommend this company and Matt again. So far the water heater is working great, the water is hot!!
