I'm a ****** member and wanted to get a price on a new AC unit. Randy one of the CSR that came to my house was very nice and let me know what they do etc. I believe they are a very good company and will do a great job if I decide to go with them waiting to get final proposal on what I want.

They kept their word showed up in time very professional as well as aknowledgeable did not leave till whole job was accomplish. Would definitely recommend Collins to anybody.

Bought two 5 ton ****** AC units in 2018 thru the ****** program. Got the best rate and the installation was perfect. Had a defective thermostat unit which they replaced at no cost. But the best news is the techs at Collins are great. Very knowledgeable, honest and they always leave my place clean. Both Michael C and Fred have provided excellent service. i would highly recommend this company over Parker and Sons and other companies I have used in the past. *** *

Air handler and condenser replaced, on time, professional and knowledgeable. New unit is very quiet, compared to the old 20 year old model.

The two (2) crews sent out were terrific! Jared & Silvano and Brad & Hector arrived when promised and got right to work removing the 21 yr old A/C units. The four of them worked like a team - no one person had to do it all. They CLEARLY explained how the electronic thermostats worked, and then helped set up an app on my smartphone. I would HEARTILY recommend this firm for any HVAC needed work * * *****

I have used Collins Comfort Masters for years and have always been pleased with their services. They are punctual, friendly, competent and reasonably priced.
