Collins Comfort Masters has been very responsive, prompt, and efficient since they installed my AC unit five years ago. I love the annual service agreement which provides service whenever I need it. The unit was serviced Monday by Mike C***. He has been here before and is always efficient, personable and timely. I highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters!

Collins Comfort Masters was top notch from start to finish. Our tech, JARED T. kept us informed each step of the way with our installation of our new Lennox 2-step system. They arrived on time. When completed, they left everything clean and in place. Service and communication way above 5 stars.

Chris G and his crew arrived at 8 AM to install a new Trane 3.5T A/C system for our house. The entire crew worked in a speedy and professional manner and completed the installation by early in the afternoon the same day. They checked out the system to our satisfaction and were courteous in every respect. They went over every detail of the installation and there were no surprises.

Jose and Matthew did an excellent job installing a new air conditioner and thermostat. Wow! What a fabulous experience they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They represented their company very well.

On Monday, 27 January, 2020, CCM Jose (Team Chief), Assistants Matthew and Edgar installed a Bosch HVAC system in my residence. This team did an outstanding job! Five stars was an easy rating because they arrived and set to work immediately. There was no wasted time in the way they dismantled the old system and installed the new one. Each team member knew his job and set right to it. They were quiet, and courteous, as each team member accomplished a different task. Collins Comfort Masters Technician Fred M***** did a great job fixing my split-system gas furnace using OEM Trane parts. I requested that Collins only send Fred to do the evaluation and repair work on the furnace after having had a wonderful experience with him several years ago on my outdoor A/C condensing unit. Fred is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and truly honest HVAC senior technician. Thank you to Collins for having such an exemplary employee like Fred M***** on board.
