This company was recommended to me by my nephew, who was happy with both its A/C and plumbing work at his house. Matthew responded to my call about a leaky toilet. He arrived when he said he would, was patient to diagnose the problem and made sure that the leak was fixed before he left. This took several steps and required several different parts to be replaced. He also checked the rest of my plumbing to make sure there were no apparent imminent issues. This was a maintenance call to verify my system was working properly. Michael called to say when he would arrive. He showed up as promised and checked out my systems. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Cannot ask for more. I have used Collins for years and expect to use them for many more years.

Mike was right on time and very professional. He was friendly and I appreciated that he was putting covers over his shoes. He found a couple of issues and explained what they were and gave me an itemized quote. Mike did a great job!!
