The Collins Comfort Masters installers (Matthew/Jose/Armando/Anthony) were professionals. The communicated well, answered all and every questions, used all forms of communication text message, emails, and phone calls. We knew exactly when they were going to show up. Overall they did an excellent quality job installing our two new A/Cs. In addition they finished on time and cleaned the site.

The unit was installed in 7 hours and left our house as clean as they found it. Jose, Matthew, and Bryan were very professional and courteous. The system was thoroughly tested in our presence and asked us if we were satisfied before they left. I'll recommend this company to any of my friends, TOP NOTCH

I had a new AC installed today using Collins Comfort Masters. They sent two men who worked for over 7 hours doing the install. They were very professional, showing pictures they took while on the roof. They explained how the new AC works so I was very happy with them. Their names are Edger P. and Trevor...two good guys!!!

I scheduled Collins Comfort because they were highly rated. Dave did the requested cleaning and maintenance of our AC system, was very friendly and communicated very well. He said everything looked good, no effort to run up the price, which was awesome. He gave a couple of helpful suggestions for future, and we had a very good experience. I would totally trust him. **********.
