Initially I was very impressed with this place. I was a first time customer and they seemed quick, efficient, and seemed professional. So I pick up my car and they couldn't even install my fog lights right. Wtf?! Isn't this what you do on a daily basis, REPAIR CARS?! They do good work but are not honest. My car was taken here for collision repair. My car is all time AWD and tires need to be replaced as a set of four if the replaced tire is over 2/32nds more in tread depth or over 1/4" in diameter than the other ones. I confirmed this with Subaru tech. However, insurance would only replace one tire so I asked the price if I paid to have the other three tires replaced. Not the best service. I went in expecting to drop off my car for repairs and instead was told they needed to order parts and I would have to come back. I lost 2 hours of my day only to have to go back. When I did I wasted more time because even though I had a reservation for a rental car, there were no cars on site! If your business is repairs, you should have parts and rentals readily available. They do an ok job if you have 6 weeks to wait for work that should only take 3 days tops. Then on top of it all they blame the insurance comp for the length of time it took. I had a very minor crack in my rear bumper, I called for an over the phone price quote and they absolutely refused stating "how do you know it's just the bumper and we need to see the car for color match" Okay I can understand with the color match. BEWARE! Do not have your car repaired here. Save yourself time and a severe headache. Their workmanship is armature at best and lacks any form of pride. In fact, I could have done a better job myself . I had my new Corvette repaired here. I was given what I felt was a fair estimate and agreed to the job. Got in a minor fender bender and took my car in to get repaired. It needed a new hood and it needed some internal repairs under the hood so I understood it would take a while to get all of the parts and what not. However, it took three weeks. I took my wife car for repairs due to swipe side collison. They assign this girl Mariah coordination of the repair. The communication was very poor I was having a hard time getting in touch with her so I can get updates on the repairs, she never answered my phone calls after a while she will live me voice messages on the progress after I complain about. Wow second update... That's a first for me. Anyway, my new bumper popped out of place from AZ heat (my best guess) and the pearl white paint from my bumper to my fenders does not match only a month later. So much for all those additional charges the shop justified as needing to blend the paint to match! We will be taking it to a new shop to have the mistakes fixed.
