So we happen to have the crappy thing as a car accident happen the day before Easter. We are as a family of 6 and are always in dire need of our Honda Odyssey. Had to get my car fixed due to my Ex-husband hitting my car. The experience I had throughout the entire duration of my insurance claim was nothing but amazing! The entire team is so nice and helpful. When I had called or even came in to do paperwork everyone was moving with a purpose! I highly recommend the Collision Center of Peoria!
I had an accident that caused a lot of damage underneath the car and the whole front end needed to be re-painted as well. Collision Center of Peoria and especially Caleb were wonderful! They coordinated everything with my insurance company, there is even rental car available onsite. Caleb called/emailed me everyday with updates and photos of the progress. They worked on my 2013 Acura ILX and I was very impressed with the quality of the work! Fast service and Amanda was very communicative with me about the entire process. Customer service is great. I hope to never need any future repairs, but should I need to, I will definitely return.
My wife was at arrowhead mall and some one keyed her car real bad. She was so sad. We could not afford to fix it for a few months. I got a few bids from different places. These guys came in with the lowest bid! I know the ford dealership uses them so they are good! They have a lifetime warranty on the repair. Long story short, they stuck to their bid and did a great job! Thanks Collision Center of Peoria! My wife is happy again!
I'm very disappointed with my experience at this shop. I was told my car would be ready within 3-5 days, but I didn't get it back until day 10. On the estimated pickup day, I was told my car would be ready by 4 PM and that I'd be contacted beforehand if there were any delays. At 3:30 PM, I called to confirm the status -- no answer.
