Poor quality, they just half fast everything I chose them for my repairs after a accident man did I mess going with them, car look unfinished and had scratches on the side that didn't get any repair, left the inside dirty left sticky stuff on my window just all around not a good experience go someone else

first, if you have state farm insurance, go some place else. my husband and i overheard an employee state to another customer, "they don't normally work with state farm," which i found strange, but it was too late for us. so, here's the problems we had with this place and persons. we found out they put "not a priority" on our vehicle after collision damage due to the cause of another driver. they lied twice about parts not being available through nissan's website and i went online to nissan's website and found the parts were... read more

Dropped my vehicle off Dec 17 picked up Dec 30 missing a piece of trim. Was told it was on back order. I called early March was told no ETA on part. I found part online. I told Jordan he could get the part online. He told me to buy it then. I then found the part locally and they didn't want to pick it up because it was too far to drive. I then called the GM. I have been to this body shop two other times and had no issues. However my recent visit was not very good. The work ended up being very nice but, having the car for greater than 3 weeks this should be expected. My service rep was difficult to get in touch with for updates. I called multiple times for updates but was never given any follow up information. I picked the car up with it running and drove home. when i went to run an errand the car would not start and the battery was dead. I had the battery changed 14 months ago.... read more

Sighs* - PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - went against my better judgement after reading past reviews prior to going to this place, however still went. Sent my vehicle here for door damage. The start of the process was easy, however weeks into having my car I start getting calls from my OWN personal insurance saying they have not returned multiple emails and or phone calls leaving voicemails. Communication zero. Promised calls not returned. I had an appt but it took them 5 days to return a call and then another 7 to finish the repair. Shame on Infinity of Peoria for recommending this place.

I'd give less stars if I could. I had a simple fender bender that needed repair. Just a taillight, bumper replace and a repaint on a back panel. I got my car back with more damage than I dropped it off with. They gouged my steering wheel, gouged a screwdriver into an additional piece of my matte wrap. Left rubbing compound in the bumper, my guy goes to wrap it today and there is clear coat failure, there are scrapes on the piece that just painted and all this has done is created a gigantic headache for me.
