They worked on my 2013 Acura ILX and I was very impressed with the quality of the work! Fast service and Amanda was very communicative with me about the entire process. Customer service is great. I hope to never need any future repairs, but should I need to, I will definitely return.

My wife was at arrowhead mall and some one keyed her car real bad. She was so sad. We could not afford to fix it for a few months. I got a few bids from different places. These guys came in with the lowest bid! I know the ford dealership uses them so they are good! They have a lifetime warranty on the repair. Long story short, they stuck to their bid and did a great job! Thanks Collision Center of Peoria! My wife is happy again!

very poor communication. I was sent here from an insurance claim and it took me calling three times to be able to get my estimate sent over to me to be able to send it to my insurance. This lengthened the time of me being able to get the repairs I needed, which ultimately led me to go with another shop.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this shop. I was told my car would be ready within 3-5 days, but I didn't get it back until day 10. On the estimated pickup day, I was told my car would be ready by 4 PM and that I'd be contacted beforehand if there were any delays. At 3:30 PM, I called to confirm the status -- no answer. The receptionist, Eunice, did not return my call. I didn't get a call back until 4:01 PM, when Jordan finally responded and told me the car would be delayed another 1-2 days. Poor quality, they just half fast everything I chose them for my repairs after a accident man did I mess going with them, car look unfinished and had scratches on the side that didn't get any repair, left the inside dirty left sticky stuff on my window just all around not a good experience go someone else

first, if you have state farm insurance, go some place else. my husband and i overheard an employee state to another customer, "they don't normally work with state farm," which i found strange, but it was too late for us. so, here's the problems we had with this place and persons. we found out they put "not a priority" on our vehicle after collision damage due to the cause of another driver. they lied twice about parts not being available through nissan's website and i went online to nissan's website and found the parts were... read more

Dropped my vehicle off Dec 17 picked up Dec 30 missing a piece of trim. Was told it was on back order. I called early March was told no ETA on part. I found part online. I told Jordan he could get the part online. He told me to buy it then. I then found the part locally and they didn't want to pick it up because it was too far to drive. I then called the GM.
