Very poor customer service and dishonesty. I was sent here by insurance as it was one of the "preferred" repair centers. When the quote guy came to look at my vehicle I was immediately dismissed of any of my car concerns. I was then told by Bobby the store manager that they could not repair my vehicle. I have to write this its months late done family issues. Always this business I have went to many times and loved it they did great work friendly staff. I have sent over the years at least 20 friends and family for thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars of business it was great but on the last visit I was there it was different the woman that I always worked with moved and things changed. After the 5th time of me taking my car back I decided to just take my car to the dealership to get fixed correctly. The ladies inside were really nice but ultimately wasn't enough considering my car wasn't being completed correctly the first time. It's almost like they would do temporary fixes then I would leave and a day later same issue. I had a problem with my front bumper and ac. I will not be going back for for repairs.
Initially I was very impressed with this place. I was a first time customer and they seemed quick, efficient, and seemed professional. So I pick up my car and they couldn't even install my fog lights right. Wtf?! Isn't this what you do on a daily basis, REPAIR CARS?! They do good work but are not honest. My car was taken here for collision repair. My car is all time AWD and tires need to be replaced as a set of four if the replaced tire is over 2/32nds more in tread depth or over 1/4" in diameter than the other ones. I confirmed this with Subaru tech. However, insurance would only replace one tire so I asked the price if I paid to have the other three tires replaced. Not the best service. I went in expecting to drop off my car for repairs and instead was told they needed to order parts and I would have to come back. I lost 2 hours of my day only to have to go back. When I did I wasted more time because even though I had a reservation for a rental car, there were no cars on site! If your business is repairs, you should have parts and rentals readily available. They do an ok job if you have 6 weeks to wait for work that should only take 3 days tops. Then on top of it all they blame the insurance comp for the length of time it took. I know my insurance company well, as I have had a few claims lately. There are on the ball and take care of their part same day. I was giving a free battery to make things right by this place. I had a very minor crack in my rear bumper, I called for an over the phone price quote and they absolutely refused stating "how do you know it's just the bumper and we need to see the car for color match" Okay I can understand with the color match. BEWARE! Do not have your car repaired here. Save yourself time and a severe headache. Their workmanship is armature at best and lacks any form of pride. In fact, I could have done a better job myself . I had my new Corvette repaired here. I was given what I felt was a fair estimate and agreed to the job. There was about a 12-inch scratch on the driver's side door. The shop took about three days to complete the repair.
