The manager of this facility is a fraud. Bobby (the GM) is unprofessional and called me a liar when I pointed out damages not repaired that I paid for before leaving. I have pictures and texts to and from him and the customer service rep Ashley before leaving the facility. I was told to bring back for repair and that they would warranty their work. Very poor quality service. My car was in the shop for a long time. I got an email from them saying that the paint color was incorrect. They could fix it, if I kept my car in shop for an additional week. Due to my circumstances I needed my car ASAP. Now I have a car with two different colored doors. They used the door handles from my wrecked doors. The back handle was damaged because of the collision. Now my back door does not open. The driver window does not roll down. Do not recommend to anyone!!!
Very dishonest! I got rear ended and needed a new hitch and bumper assembly and there was this popping noise under my car. We give them the car to fix on the 16th of October and on the 21st they said it was done and to come pick it up. We get there and return the rental and see our car. I look at it and the bumper and hitch are still pushed in like at the beginning. They wanted to give it to us like that. Very poor customer service and dishonesty. I was sent here by insurance as it was one of the "preferred" repair centers. When the quote guy came to look at my vehicle I was immediately dismissed of any of my car concerns. I was then told by Bobby the store manager that they could not repair my vehicle. I have to write this its months late done family issues. Always this business I have went to many times and loved it they did great work friendly staff. I have sent over the years at least 20 friends and family for thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars of business it was great but on the last visit I was there it was different the woman that I always worked with moved and things changed. After the 5th time of me taking my car back I decided to just take my car to the dealership to get fixed correctly. The ladies inside were really nice but ultimately wasn't enough considering my car wasn't being completed correctly the first time. It's almost like they would do temporary fixes then I would leave and a day later same issue. I had a problem with my front bumper and ac. I will not be going back for for repairs.
Initially I was very impressed with this place. I was a first time customer and they seemed quick, efficient, and seemed professional. So I pick up my car and they couldn't even install my fog lights right. Wtf?! Isn't this what you do on a daily basis, REPAIR CARS?! They do good work but are not honest. My car was taken here for collision repair. My car is all time AWD and tires need to be replaced as a set of four if the replaced tire is over 2/32nds more in tread depth or over 1/4" in diameter than the other ones. I confirmed this with Subaru tech. However, insurance would only replace one tire so I asked the price if I paid to have the other three tires replaced. Not the best service. I went in expecting to drop off my car for repairs and instead was told they needed to order parts and I would have to come back. I lost 2 hours of my day only to have to go back. When I did I wasted more time because even though I had a reservation for a rental car, there were no cars on site! If your business is repairs, you should have parts and rentals readily available. If for some reason I find myself I need of another repair I'm going to see if the insurance company will allow me to go elsewhere... read more
