If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car here for an estimate almost 3 weeks ago. Insurance approved repairs and I told them I was ready to schedule. I have called 3 times to schedule repairs and every time I call it's an excuse. Scheduler is not there, she will get back to me, she is backed up and will call you tomorrow. 2 weeks later and I still have not received a call back. Absolutely horrible customer service. I brought my truck in for an estimate. The estimator said my truck could be fixed by August. My insurance company sent a check to them on June 13th. I called them in July to see when the parts would be in and they hadn't ordered the parts yet because they said I didn't make a commitment. Used CCP after my accident based on a recommendation and was very pleased with the overall experience until the last 20 minutes of our pickup appointment. Drop off with Jordan went smoothly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. Throughout the process I was updated via text about the estimated completion date and was called when that date was pushed. I've taken my car here three times and have had great experiences all three times. I just got rear ended recently and I called to try and schedule a time to bring my car in. I can't get ahold of the the person who schedules appointments! I just get sent to voicemail each time. I've called 4 times and left two voicemails. At least have the decency to call me back. I had to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunate that their customer service has gone so downhill.
Took my car for a front end repair a few months back. Received car and noticed paint job discrepancies. "New color is a bit off from original." Attempted to call person I was advised to call with any issues and didnt get an answer. That's okay.... but I also left 2 voicemails on 2 different occasions and still nothing. Once they get your money from the insurance company they put you on a low priority list. Thank you. Now I know where I won't be taking my vehicles next time.
We have used these guys I think 5 times and every time they over promise and under deliver. After having it a week or more, It's either it will be ready on this day and time and never is and it's always been on Friday. So, another weekend without a car. Of course they don't offer a loaner until you get irate with them. So today, their employee Ashley calls and blows smoke that the truck has to go throughout control and get scanned and won't be ready. The manager of this facility is a fraud. Bobby (the GM) is unprofessional and called me a liar when I pointed out damages not repaired that I paid for before leaving. I have pictures and texts to and from him and the customer service rep Ashley before leaving the facility. I was told to bring back for repair and that they would warranty their work. Very poor quality service. My car was in the shop for a long time. I got an email from them saying that the paint color was incorrect. They could fix it, if I kept my car in shop for an additional week. Due to my circumstances I needed my car ASAP. Now I have a car with two different colored doors. They used the door handles from my wrecked doors. The back handle was damaged because of the collision. Now my back door does not open. The driver window does not roll down. Do not recommend to anyone!!!
Very dishonest! I got rear ended and needed a new hitch and bumper assembly and there was this popping noise under my car. We give them the car to fix on the 16th of October and on the 21st they said it was done and to come pick it up. We get there and return the rental and see our car. I look at it and the bumper and hitch are still pushed in like at the beginning. They wanted to give it to us like that.
