I have been to this body shop two other times and had no issues. However my recent visit was not very good. The work ended up being very nice but, having the car for greater than 3 weeks this should be expected. My service rep was difficult to get in touch with for updates. I called multiple times for updates but was never given any follow up information. I picked the car up with it running and drove home. when i went to run an errand the car would not start and the battery was dead. I had the battery changed 14 months ago.... read more
Sighs* - PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - went against my better judgement after reading past reviews prior to going to this place, however still went. Sent my vehicle here for door damage. The start of the process was easy, however weeks into having my car I start getting calls from my OWN personal insurance saying they have not returned multiple emails and or phone calls leaving voicemails. Communication zero. Promised calls not returned. I had an appt but it took them 5 days to return a call and then another 7 to finish the repair. Shame on Infinity of Peoria for recommending this place.
I'd give less stars if I could. I had a simple fender bender that needed repair. Just a taillight, bumper replace and a repaint on a back panel. I got my car back with more damage than I dropped it off with. They gouged my steering wheel, gouged a screwdriver into an additional piece of my matte wrap. Left rubbing compound in the bumper, my guy goes to wrap it today and there is clear coat failure, there are scrapes on the piece that just painted and all this has done is created a gigantic headache for me. If I could give negative reviews I would. Between Bobby the director, the front desk people, and Brent we've been treated terribly. I truly don't understand how they can treat people this way. We did all the leg work, they NEVER call us back, rude and no empathy to our situation between them and the insurance company. This entire situation per Bobby was our fault when we were told differently from Brent. Bobby hung up on my husband. Never in my life have I had a worse customer service experience. The complete lack of communication from this entire staff is horrifying. They will constantly just tell you someone will call you back and then you never hear from them. When I did get a hold of someone, they stated they extended my rental car for me, but never did and now I'm being billed multiple days for a rental they claimed to have extended but never did. If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car here for an estimate almost 3 weeks ago. Insurance approved repairs and I told them I was ready to schedule. I have called 3 times to schedule repairs and every time I call it's an excuse. Scheduler is not there, she will get back to me, she is backed up and will call you tomorrow. 2 weeks later and I still have not received a call back. Absolutely horrible customer service. I brought my truck in for an estimate. The estimator said my truck could be fixed by August. My insurance company sent a check to them on June 13th. I called them in July to see when the parts would be in and they hadn't ordered the parts yet because they said I didn't make a commitment. Used CCP after my accident based on a recommendation and was very pleased with the overall experience until the last 20 minutes of our pickup appointment. Drop off with Jordan went smoothly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. Throughout the process I was updated via text about the estimated completion date and was called when that date was pushed.
