Not kind or compassionate at all. Did not take my concerns seriously. Failed to make sure an important test was mailed to me. No follow up to make sure I had received anything. Had to call the office to ask about it and found out that nothing had been done. Check your inventory regularly to make sure you don’t have expired tests and products for your patients!
