Three years ago, your vet, Dr. Breon, misdiagnosed Booker as having abdominal cancer, and we were moments away from euthanizing him based on Dr. Breon's diagnosis and prognosis. We took our dog here as an emergency situation when his eyes rolled back to where he couldn't see and was in pain. The exam giving to him was very short and unthrogh. The vet tech was way more informative then the vet herself. They sent us home with a $400+ bill for eye ointment due to irritation. We knew immediately that was completely inaccurate as our dog was sick, in pain. And didn't know if he would even make it through the night. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE MONEY YOU NEED UPFRONT EVEN IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE CHARGES WILL BE YET, IT JUST MAY COST YOU YOUR PETS LIFE!!! Too bad I even have to leave one star for a rating. I give this place zero stars. The staff treated my cat and me with extreme disrespect and unprofessionality. They were not helpful and wrote false information in my cat's chart. I would never recommend anyone take their pets here!

Don't go here if you can help it. Rude staff, and all about making money and playing on stress and emotion of pet owners. Came in at 9:30 with a dog needing it's stomach pumped. From the first desk girl, who chatted and took her time with people in front of me while my dog needed attention, to being left for 2.5 hours with no word as to what was happening, (If I dared asked, I was told snottily that the vet was "busy" and I needed to wait.) We had a very bad experience at CPH due to Dr. Adams. We brought in our very sick 11 yr. old dog, I mean sick as in DYING!!! He presented to the hospital with vomiting blood, diarrhea, very dehydrated, low temp. of 98.6 (normal temp. for dog is 101.5), weighed 9 lbs which he is normally 14 lbs. We've had our dog since the day he was born literally and love him very much. We knew him very well and with his body condition and demeanor. We had to bring our lab Blondi here because she had a cut on her hip and we could not get ahold of our regular vet. We waited several hour for her to be seen even though she had a large gash that you could see her muscle. After all was said and done we had a $1004. bill with the gash still open. The next day we did get in to our vet who then had to sew her up. I brought my dog here on a weekend after she developed what I now know is spay incontinence, a fairly common condition in spayed female dogs. The initial test results were inconclusive for any condition according to their vet. So I basically paid $300 for nothing. So this place is ridiculous! I couldn't believe what my boyfriend was telling me. He came in with our dog, who hasn't been eating, he refused to drink water and just didn't move for three days so when he took him in at 1am they just looked at him and said you can treat him for 3000$ for blood work, and X-rays and they'll do what they can not telling us at all what was wrong, oh and the 3000 wasn't a guarantee that our dog will be better and there will most likely be additional health issues which will cost more.
