We had to bring our lab Blondi here because she had a cut on her hip and we could not get ahold of our regular vet. We waited several hour for her to be seen even though she had a large gash that you could see her muscle. After all was said and done we had a $1004. bill with the gash still open. The next day we did get in to our vet who then had to sew her up. This place knows they got you where they want you because you have no other options and they still did not do the right thing for our dog. We will never ever bring... read more

I brought my dog here on a weekend after she developed what I now know is spay incontinence, a fairly common condition in spayed female dogs. The initial test results were inconclusive for any condition according to their vet. So I basically paid $300 for nothing. In speaking with the vet about what the possible causes for my dog's sudden incontinence could be (and she's under 3 years old) the vet became irritated with me for asking questions in an effort to try to rule out causes that weren't likely given my dog's histor... read more

So this place is ridiculous! I couldn't believe what my boyfriend was telling me. He came in with our dog, who hasn't been eating, he refused to drink water and just didn't move for three days so when he took him in at 1am they just looked at him and said you can treat him for 3000$ for blood work, and X-rays and they'll do what they can not telling us at all what was wrong, oh and the 3000 wasn't a guarantee that our dog will be better and there will most likely be additional health issues which will cost more. Oh and our ... read more

Pros are: large practice, latest equipment and tools, 24 hr. service, convenient location. Cons: large practice, staff doesn't know you or your pet, hard to maintain continuity of service, hard to get appts, price on the high end and not the best customer service. I know this place gets many rave reviews and for the day-to-day is probably fine but I had a very bad experience with them when it came down to making euthanasia decisions for my older dog. So be an informed consumer and don't let them make all the calls for you ... read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This place is filled with rude girls who don't care what you have to say. My poor pup got very sick and we took him here. Worst decision we could have made. They accused my boyfriend of giving drugs to our 8 week old puppy. They said "this puppy is high, theres nothing else it could be". I find it funny that a puppy somehow got high when neither my boyfriend or I do any drugs. Hmmm...but they wouldn't consider that he ate something else, because "this is a stoned dog and you ga... read more

I have taken my dog here twice for emergency situations. The first one back in 2009, his stomach flipped over. More recently, we really never did find out what was wrong but he has been fine ever since. I agree, the price, the options they give you and they way they give them to you, not good. The facility is nice, the doctor and nurse we worked with were also nice, had the same two in both situations but, I have to say, considering these were emergency scenerios and I had no other option but this hospital due to how nearby ... read more

Nice facility, nice doctors. Great quality of care/medicine and ER services. However, a bit pricey and they push things on you that aren't even relevant to what you came in for. Friendly front desk staff, always helpful. There is often a long wait to be seen, even when you have an appointment so beware and come prepared to wait.
