If I could give a 0 star for this vet I would. I would NEVER send someone with their loved pet to this veterinary clinic. Please, please if you are reading this take your pet and go far away from this place. The receptionists, vet techs, and vets have no sympathy or compassion towards their clients and pets. They do not have the best interest of animals in mind. They do not act with professionalism and allow personal opinions to cloud what is overall right for the owner and their pets. DO NOT use this hospital. Very sad tragedy due to poor decisions, mis-diagnosis and lies.....not one thing that several of the Drs at this clinic diagnosed proved to be correct..Took my 5 mo. old kitten in on a Sunday....she was not feeling well from a upper respiratory infection. She died on Wednesday. Everything they told me was in-correct. Dr Riddle was convinced she had an obstruction, proceeded to convince me that a surgery was the best thing to do. I took my dog to Community, sent there because my vet was closed on Saturday. My dog was having issues with his mouth looks like swelling not drinking not eating and drooling excessively. They did bloodwork they did x-rays gave him anabiotic's and fluids and sent us home. Could not really give us a diagnosis. Told me if he did not get better that I would have to take him to a specialist. Three days later he wasn't any better. All they want is money. And they are not very helpful. My dog was in lots of pain and I guess nipped at a tech here. We hand no clue and she has since passed but I just revived a call about the report. That's not good communication. They released her this morning and she really wasn't ok. After my dog passed I got the call. Hurt me to have that call. I have been in there 3 times this week, over 1000$ and nothing but a dog that got worse. The ethics and morals of this practice are not where they need to be. My dog had surgery and my vet believed it would be best to have her monitored overnight. She was in need of supportive care, such as fluids and vitals. The vet tech and vet had no want to actually discuss a plan of action or what they would be doing throughout the night with my dog. For example, how often they would check her vitals, amount of fluids etc. I asked to see where my dog would be staying and they refused this request. The vet tech stated, "We a... read more
Left my dog in pain waiting for over an hour. He's not able to lay down on the tiles. No we'll be right with you, no sorry there was something serious with another animal, just an hour in a room with no comfort for any of us. I just watched my dog pace in pain for a hour and walked out. The staff was friendly overall but I prefer a place that shows compassion for animals not make excuses on the phone after Ive walked out.
This is a cold,cruel, and uncaring money hungry place to bring your loved one to. If you do make sure you bring plenty of money. My 12 week old puppy back foot is broken and it's Christmas Eve so I take him to this place for help. I was charged $89.00 for a 2 min exam to tell me what i already told them. Were do i start i took my lucy goose to community pet hospital LINDSAY PIOTROWSKI. ALL about the MONEY here! They have super high turn over of doctors, I've never talked to the same doc more the twice. When you call for an appointment because you have a sick or odd acting pet, they don't have daytime appointments for two weeks. I guess they expect your pet to get sick in a scheduled basis. But they always always have availability at 5:00pm or later which just happens to be "after hours". So sure come in after hours and pay the after hours price. They are more than happy to accommodate taking your money... read more
