Was referred to Computer Concepts through the Apple support page for a cracked screen on my iPhone 7. Upon arrival for my appointment, the representative informed me they would send the phone out to Apple for the repair, leaving me without a phone for up to 10 days. I could have done that from my home. The associate was neither helpful nor courteous.
