RecommendedWonderful customer service. Went in during COVID with a broken screen on my MacBook Pro: Got it replaced in under two hours and the price was extremely reasonable. The technician realized my logic board had been damaged during a recall repair two years ago. Instructed me to call Apple and request a new logic board. Of course, Apple, denied all fault. He asked the right questions, which led to the solution, which Apple Care online had not done. Apple Support directed me to the store in Williamsburg wherein the service was fabulous! While we waited, the Manager answered our questions about computers, etc. I would recommend this store for their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness.
