Went through apple support to make an appt to replace the battery on my son’s iPhone6s. Noticed computer concepts was an authorized service provider, after seeing the Richmond apple store was completely booked. Nice scenic drive down Route 5 and into Williamsburg took about 50 mins from the Tricities/central Virginia area. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Repair took less than 20mins. Will definitely be returning for any other needed services.

I'd heard good things about Arthur and the staff at Computer Concepts. We've had them come out several times to business to assist us with our system. Impressive service and expertise.
