Project we had for Computer Concepts was to replace two batteries in our iPhones model 6S. They had everything they needed in stock took them about two hours to do both phones and seems like everything came out fine and they’re working well thank you bye

Computer Concepts is terrific! We bought a new computer, and they transferred everything from our old one and took the time to explain new features in our new one. No question was too small.
It took a while but they figured out the problem & deleted what was in my Mac Mini & deleted most of the info & when I got it back it was like a new computer & Ryan was very patient with me.
Courteous, prompt, and very knowledgeable.
They where on point of finding out what was wrong with my lap top and gave some advice which soon as I get the money I will have them do it for me the staff was great

Ryan lacks integrity to acknowledge mistakes. He will not own up to the incite t analysis of our computer. Sent us down the line and then uses vulgar language when it’s discovered he was incorrect. Unprofessional.
