Whenever I need something done with my computer, I call Brent. I met Brent when he worked at Staples. I tried to find him but my search was unsuccesful at first but ran in to him when I went to Computer Concepts. He does an outstanding job. Please keep him forever. Please pay him good.

We can not say enough how good the experience was. Ryan spent time explaining the difference in computers based on our needs and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all questions and the process for transferring data. The computer was here 3 days earlier than expected and the turn over was smooth and quick. Would highly recommend Computer Concepts over their local competitors who were less than helpful. Thank you for the great customer service!

Since I could not come to the store and needed my printer fixed right away they came to the house. He fixed it and installed programs and was super excited with the service I will definitely use them again for sure. They have always been my go to for computer and now printer issues.💥💥
They actually had a much needed battery in stock for my iPhone SE. Service was quick and friendly and the price quoted to me over the phone was accurate and reasonable. 👍🏼
