RecommendedI screwed up a brand new computer, and took it to these guys who had it up and running within one day, for a reasonable price. I would use them again if I had any more computer problems.
RecommendedComputer Concepts of Williamsburg has always been able to handle anything that I throw at them. They have been able to bring back to life out dated systems in order to transfer to current hardware and software. You are my go to company!
RecommendedOutstanding service; they are efficient, considerate, and so knowledgeable! I'm so grateful that they are right in town, and always as accommodating as they can be. And no matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with kindness and respect.
RecommendedGoing out of their way to fix my computer problems "in house" and at my residence.
RecommendedWhenever I need something done with my computer, I call Brent. I met Brent when he worked at Staples. I tried to find him but my search was unsuccesful at first but ran in to him when I went to Computer Concepts. He does an outstanding job. Please keep him forever. Please pay him good.
RecommendedComputer concepts has helped me majorly on multiple occasions over the last 10 years! Highly recommended!
RecommendedExcellent service. I have used them several times. Always very knowledgeable in listening and assessing problems and reaching for solutions
RecommendedWe can not say enough how good the experience was. Ryan spent time explaining the difference in computers based on our needs and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all questions and the process for transferring data. The computer was here 3 days earlier than expected and the turn over was smooth and quick. Would highly recommend Computer Concepts over their local competitors who were less than helpful. Thank you for the great customer service!
RecommendedDick went out of his way to be sure I grasped the ideas he was teaching me! Many thanks! Jeanne Forrest
