Let me tell you....for being the first time renting an apartment. I'm so surprised at how smooth and easy everything worked out. My fiance and I were able to work with Sarah and she is literally the best person to work with. She made us feel top priority and was able to achieve ALL of our needs. Top recommendation!

I tried moving into this apartment a few months ago, I signed the lease and even payed for the first month. But I ran into some medical issues so I had to move back in with my parents so they could look after me, and Sarah was kind enough to let me cancel the lease early.
Sarah chacon is the best landlord I have had in long time she is very helpful and is on top of all the paper work I needed to get done to move into our new home thank you so much for all you do!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is the best!!!!!!:)
My husband and I moved into Woodland Cove as newly weds and have absolutely loved our little community. The property is beautiful and well kept and the neighbors are quiet and courteous. Sarah Chacon has been an AMAZING property manager! She is always very quick to respond and takes the time to follow up to make sure any requests have been taken care of properly.
