Sarah Chacon is an absolute delight! She is very easy to work with and was willing to let us move in within a couple days of our applications. Shes easy to keep in contact with and quick with replies. We're very happy to be here!
Sara Hildebrand was so amazing to work with. She's been so warm, friendly, and ready to help. The website was very easy to navigate and i was able to find all the information i needed about each property. I looked at about 9 different places and 3 were run by Concept. I'm so glad we were finally able to find a home with this company. Sage helped me set up the showings for the other 2 and was also very friendly and helpful.

I live in the Twin Trees apartment complex that you guys manage and I'd like to say after 30 years in the Army and living in many apartment complexes throughout the states and overseas that the manager you have on-site Sara and technician Eddie are two outstanding individuals I woke up to my ceiling sagging from a leaking pipe and within two minutes of me turning in the maintenance request Sara and Eddie were both there and I'm not joking when I said it was within 2 minutes and took care of everything had it repaired cleaned... read more
What can I say wonderful neighbors great environment and staff honestly though the one person who deserves an award is miss sarah what as doll she is one of the best landlords Iv ever worked with she made living here a wonderful experience for me and my family i do recommend woodland cove to anyone. It was a pleasant experience moving in but I really want to commend Brady the maintenance man here at Union Village. Brady does an exceptional job here and is always a pleasure to see and willing to help in any way. This is a great place to live and I would and will reccomend it to anyone looking for a quiet friendly community. Thank you Concept!!!!

Keerie is wonderful to work with. She is punctual, polite, communicates clearly, and is really friendly.
Keerie Noorda has been the property manager for the Commodore for over a year now. Since Keerie has been there, I have always found her to be very kind, professional, and prompt with responding to my inquiries and/or repair requests. She will even call after the repair has been completed to make sure everything is working okay (Austin w/ Maintenance is great too). I would definately reccomend Concept Property Management to others.
