Sarah is our property manager and was so great to work with. The day of the earthquake she came over to make sure our family was ok. Amazing property manager. We just love how easy she is to talk to.

Sarah is our property manager and she's AMAZING! She's super responsive (within the hour) if you have any questions or problems. She was able to coordinate getting new flooring through our unit with ease. She makes everything around here flow. Thanks again Sarah for all that you do!

Sarah is our landlord and she is an amazing lady to work with. I could not ask for a better property manager. She makes sure that all her tenants are comfortable in their own home. She is amazing to work with when it comes to any maintenance request or any issues you may have. Sarah goes above and beyond for all her tenants and will personally get involved if needed to.

My husband and I moved into maple meadow apartments and we LOVED it. Sarah was always so easy to work with and got back to my messages very quick! She is super nice and in my opinion one of the best to rent from. The maintenance was always really fast too which I loved.

I just had a maintenance issue at the property I live in (Second Avenue Apartments), and ANGEL AQUINO (Property Manager) and his team were QUICK TO REPLY and take care of a CO2 detector-related issue that needed to be checked. Besides being so prompt to take care of my request, they replaced it with a brand new one and the problem was solved that quick. Lived at maple meadows for 2 1/2 yrs and had a wonderful experience. When it was time after we had moved out to find a new place again we instantly came back and was welcomed with friendly arms. Sarah the property manager was quick and made it painless and got us back into a townhome within a few days! Thanks for all you do!

I have lived at Concept properties, at a couple different locations, for the last 15 years. I appreciate how personal they are and the hard work they put into their job. The last couple of years we have had a great manager. Sarah has gone above and beyond typical managers to make sure things are done in a timely manner and that all parties are satisfied. Concept Property Management has been great to my family. I live in Twin Trees and must say, my manager Sarah C. is hands down the Absolute Best.. she's always professional & goes above & beyond to address any concerns I may have. She returns calls/emails quickly, cares about the tenants & grounds for everyones safety, my entire family loves her. Our technician Eddie, is Great.. always positive, shows up on time, gets his job done & leaves you loving your home!
