Sarah is amazing! We truly enjoyed living here for the past 5 years. Whenever we needed something fixed, repaired or replaced it was done quickly. Also, Mike the maintenance man was fantastic! Very friendly, personable and professional. I would reccomend my apartment complex to anyone needing a great place to live.
I can actually say the property manager Sarah is sooo amazing, and caring. I submitted a maintenance call for what I though was mold. It seemed as soon as I pressed send, she called to get more information and promised that that maintenance guy Mike would be by in the AM. A little annoyed, but I waited. 8 AM on the dot the next morning Mike was at my house to take care of the issue. They made sure that I was completely comfortable in all of the decisions that I was making. Very helpful and attentive
I honestly had a great experience living in a little complex managed by these guys. I had a few maintenance issues being that it was an old building and remodeled unit but my concerns were always addressed and fixed the very next day. Even on the very same day A couple of times. I liked their app and how easy it was to manage things like payments and maintenance requests. I am writing this post on behalf of my grandma, Kathie, who lives in the Twin Trees Townhomes. She has been living there since 2009 and has always had a pleasant experience. However, I am blown away by the events that occured last week. Her property manager, Sarah Chacon, called her over this past weekend to express her concern and see if she needed any supplies due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
