Mason C from maintenance provided exceptional service today by promptly fixing our toilet. We had been experiencing issues due to improper installation by previous maintenance, resulting in leaks and loose parts. Mason efficiently resolved these problems within just 1 hour of his visit. Not only did he rectify the toilet situation, but he also went above and beyond by assisting with an additional issue in the bathroom. We're extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of his work!

Sara H is absolutely fantastic. Not only did she meet our immediate demands & desperate needs with an open mind and genuine advocacy of my partner and I moving into a new place, she handled our 'case' as if she was a true friend of ours. I was a resident at their Maple Meadows location and moved just over a month ago because my husband and I bought a home. That was the only reason why we left. We loved our property manager, Sarah Chacon. She was such a kind soul and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. I wish there was more people in the world like her. It would be a much better place. Mike, our maintenance tech, was also great. We will always recommend Concept because of these two.

Madison has been extremely helpful throughout the application process. Whenever I had a question, she would immediately reply with a clear and precise answer. She made sure that everything was clear and ready to go. I thank her for making me feel comfortable doing business with CPM.
