This app has all the hallmarks of being written by amateurs and would be in the bottom quintile of using best practices when compared to other apps written in 2022. Very slow to load items, broken sorts, constantly losing login information. I’m not talking some rare function with a bug, I’m talking about core functions are absolute rubbish. Please fix the date picker bug. If your phone’s localization is Ukrainian, when you try to submit a new claim, the date is picked normally but after you tap the Next button, the alert with an error is shown with a message “Please select a date of service”. You guys are not able to fix this for a year already, aren’t you?
This has happened over the past 2 or 3 months
After being with a few companies I’ve never seen one so difficult to transfer funds out of. Snail mail option only, no wire transfers out allowed. Useless customer support staff. No accountability. Might as well bank with the DMV.
The app doesn’t load half the time. And the other half when you need to upload claim documents it keeps showing a useless generic error “an error occurred”.
