Buggy app works great for months at a stretch and then will not load after using fingerprint to sign in. Then prompts me to sign in with username and password. I’m promoted for security question, and once I log in it looks like it’s loading but just flashes the next page and then goes blank. This has happened intermittently ever since they updated the website and it usually works its way out. This app loads a blank white screen after login and has been doing so for months
One of the worst app ever came across. Crashes on random interaction with the app. Quite unusable.
This application would not let me request a reimbursement for some medical supplies. It would keep saying that I had no account on that date despite it being in the middle of the year with no issues for direct purchases. Now, I can’t access the money in my account.
I downloaded the app today and the app is not even opening. It’s shutting down immediately. I am on the latest IOS. Please help
Repeated instances over many months when trying to load documents to support payment - app doesn’t load ‘live’ photo. Forced to go back and take a photo then add it to claim. Very frustrating because it logs you off of app when you stop to take photo of document then you have to log back in to add photo to your claim.
Not once has this app saved my information or recognized my device, requiring additional confirmations, it frequently freezes and closes, requiring a recurrent & lengthy sign in process as I've described above. Also, they claims do not process & provide explanation of what else is needed or the reason for being "in progress", despite following the guidelines. The last application for far superior!
Horrible app, doesn’t work
The app overall does what is intended, but crashes basically after going to any new page. Needs bug fixes
