After verifying my identity over a dozen times I was afforded the opportunity to watch it say “signing off” after to hit “sign in”. This happened a bunch of times, after inputting my username and password, each time. It let me into my account one time. After the dashboard, it crashed and made me sign in, again, just to tell me it was “signing off”. This has to be a joke app.
The only reviews that are real on here are the 1 star reviews. This is the worst app and symbol of everything wrong with the American health care industry. I am considering paying more in taxes just to not have to deal with this terrible app and their even worse customer service.
Log in, get 2FA, loads to a blank screen and then times out. App doesn’t work. Good luck everyone
If you have money taken out of your paycheck for a dependent care FSA, you know what a hassle it is to get reimbursed. Not with this app! It maybe took five minutes from the time I registered an account to submitted a claim for daycare. Nice!
App do not support Face ID all the time , keeps asking password.
Blank screen does not load correct app for correct phone and does not work
For 4 days I have tried to access my FSA account and am unable to. It gets past the log in screen and then nothing. Ridiculous since the last update
App has never worked to date for me. How do you uninstall and update? So now my money not accessible.
App has limited features and reimbursements are sent to wrong address without the option to change or even see what the address is in the app. No way to get direct deposits of reimbursements, checks are sent instead. Customer support line will forward you to the insurance company and the insurance company with forward you back to Optim Financial with at least two infomercials in between.
