This app is horrendous. It routinely and reproducibly crashes, and has been doing so for the past 6 months without being fixed.
App is crashing iOS 15.4. Please check
I’ve never been able to login. I type in my credentials and the page never loads. I tried calling to get help but their call center didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. Pretty frustrating.
I have installed and uninstalled this app 3 times trying to get it to work. Every time I try and open it, it closes right away. At least the company, that wants documentation for every time you use your HSA account card, could have a working app. Not happy!
App does not work at all. Loaded to both an iPad and Android phone and app refuses to open on either. Enter user name and password and only get a blank white screen. Closing the app and try to reopen don’t even get to the sign in screen, just a blank screen.
Unusable. Crashes every time I sign in. Been going on like this since I got my account - June 2021.
This app is crappy, just a wrapper around their web experience. Doesn’t properly integrate with FaceID, slow and hideous
After it accepts my 2FA I just get a blank screen.
