Overall we achieved our objective. However, our loan process was not the smoothest as it had been in the past with another APM loan officer. Our escrow papers had to be signed twice, one area we understood it was not Connor's or really anyone's vault as it was how the computer printed out the loan documents; but, after repeatedly telling our loan officials how we wanted our impounds handled, the loan documents were prepared incorrectly.
