Overall we achieved our objective. However, our loan process was not the smoothest as it had been in the past with another APM loan officer. Our escrow papers had to be signed twice, one area we understood it was not Connor's or really anyone's vault as it was how the computer printed out the loan documents; but, after repeatedly telling our loan officials how we wanted our impounds handled, the loan documents were prepared incorrectly. Connor Pollock was responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. If he didn't know an answer he did the research to get the information. There were some delays in the processing of the loan but Connor kept me in the loop of what was going on at all times. Connor educated me throughout the process and helped make the process less stressful.
