Makes email campaigns easy! This software is very user-friendly and full of features. It's easy to customize your email campaign and get it out the door quickly. The reporting is great and the contact lists are easy to keep up with. It's smart enough to be able to send an email to multiple lists and not send duplicates to people who are on more than one list (unlike MailChimp). Pros Cons

Great Customer Support We've had only great customer support! Hold times are not too long and each representative is knowledgeable and able to help with our questions. Pros Constant contact integrates with our database platform which allows for an ease of transferring information. It's fairly easy to design email campaigns and very easy to upload new contacts. Cons Some of the functionality is limited within finding email campaigns and growing email list tools.
Can't do emails with out it! As my email marking list grew I had to use another service so I didn't go into people's spam and Constant Contact was the answer! Pros That I can send to thousands of customers in the click of a keystroke. Cons Not enough templates for the Restaurant industry.
This is a great product for mass emails! We use Constant Contact on a regular basis. Once we had created several templates, it's simple creating an email! We also utilize design programs like Canva to increase our creativity. Pros Once your templates are created it makes it easier. Effective marketing campaign solution Since day one with constant contact has been a blast creating templates and using my imagination. I've rated the ease of use to 3 stars because coming from a seasoned programming user it was very east to understand but for a complete beginner, it may not be. Easy to use and great value I have used constant contact for many years to send important information out to customers. It is really simple to use and provides great value. Pros Cons
Constant Contact is okay, but not great. Constant Contact was an okay system for bulk email marketing but could use much improvement. I found the media library difficult to use, and I wasn't able to personalize the emails going out to my contacts (they may have added this since I've left them). The whole system really needs a UI and UX overhaul. Pros Cons
