Not too bad... just not to great Worked with them for years. If you need a service and feel comfortable with them... then make it happen. But there is competition out there now and you should at the very least do your homework. Constant Contact has been great for the last few years... but more recently I changed and saved hundreds a year and stacked up on Quality, Support, Value for the money and Ease of use! Pros Cons

Good, full-featured email list software We use Constant Contact for several of our clients. It's a full-featured, robust email list software, that manages to remain relatively easy to learn how to use. You can update customer information, split them into groups, use templates or prepare your own emails, and track your results. This is a good solution for organizations of all sizes. Very Easy to use and Implement I have used Constant Contact for about 6 months. It was very easy to set up and implement on my blog/website to build email lists and contacts. They customer service was very friendly and helpful. Pros Cons
Takes time to learn but good support. It is not the easiest interface to use. It does seem to be pretty powerful with great templates and works just fine to perform the task of email marketing. And just recently discovered that it has the ability to update your social media as well. I tried for the first time and not the best but it does allow you to create one campaign to get out to all your social media if you are short on time.
