Constant Contact Review Overall, it get's the job done. It would be great it CC offered an API for our SIS so that we don't have to manually upload our lists to keep lists current. Pros Importing in our own CSV files to target our audience. Cons Sometimes it's difficult to layout and work with templates and the elements.
Served the purpose At first constant contact helped us grow our business and smoothly run our events (car shows, demonstrations and classes) however the extreme price change and surprise fees ultimately lead us to stop using this product as we were no longer benefitting enough from it. Using Constant Contact to Increase Traffic and Revenue Pros This software is fairly easy to use and navigate even if you've never worked with Constant Contact either. Cons Sometimes I think It is hard to update the contact information or to delete people who no longer wish to receive our emails.

Pros It is easy to put a campaign together, once we have a layout we can copy and change depending on what we need the campaign for. We can import lists to create a new list (group).
