Best Email Management/Marketing Platform I've used Good! The user interface could be a bit more intuitive but I'm hopeful they're working on more and more updates to make this better. Pros I love the quick and clear analytics per email campaign, fairly easy construction of planned emails and social posts, working online and picking back up from anywhere easily, new contact entry. Constant Contact - Automating our marketing! Pros I love the ease of automating our marketing efforts via email and social media. It's quick to set up a new action item, and schedule them out ahead of time. Not having to do this real time is a huge time saver. Cons Duplicate items can be a hassle sometimes.
Constant Contact is an industry leader for a reason Pros Constant contact really wants everyone to be able to use their products and it shows. User friendly and effective Cons Customization and in-depth data tracking could be better, but for the price it's hard to beat.
Don’t expect any help from CS Pros Basically all I really appreciated about Constant Contact is how user friendly it was. Very easy to navigate for the most part. Cons It was virtually impossible to get through to an actual human being in customer service. I literally waited 6 hours, just to be told I’d receive a call back the next business day…but never heard anything back. So I moved on from this software, and would not really recommend it.
