Constant Contact Pros I like the easy of setup and use of Constant Contact. Cons The process to update an existing account can be cumbersome.
How we connect with Previous Customers We have been using it to send monthly newsletters to our customers and seeing the data in real life is a great tool. It has shown to have success in our business. Pros We really like how user friendly this software is and how it already has suggested custom items for us to just use for our own business. Cons I honestly cant say much I have not had to use their customer service or anything but I guess it could always use more features.
Great Email Software Pros The software makes it easy to create email marketing campaigns. Cons The email lists passed along in real estate often include users that did not opt into the software.
Constant Contact Pros I love being able to manage large scale email campaigns, as well as seeing the open rates on emails I've sent out. Cons Integration with Donorperfect could use some work, can be annoying when sync between the two doesn't run smoothly

Good service but there are better out there Pros It helped me scale from my small marketing list. Cons The features are not in line with their competition and their customer service reps are fairly confrontational.
Great ROI Pros I consider our newsletters to be as important as our PPC campaigns but the cost for Constant Contact is about one thirtieth what we spend on PPC. Cons Hard to look up old campaigns, both on the campaign tab and the report tab.
Easiest and best email software I've used. Overall, it has helped me do my job better than I thought. Great. Pros Doesn't duplicate contacts but allows you to upload as many lists as you want. Easy to use. Cons Make sure your company has big enough servers to handle the application. It really slows down our internet at times. Also, you can't import multipage documents/PDFs, you have to take screenshots of each page and upload them as a photo. Wish that was different.
Liked It But Limited Pros It was fairly easy to set up and use, which was really nice. Cons The features are definitely a bit more limited than some of its competitors.
