Ethan came today to do installation service and he did an excellent job, aside from being professional, courteous, and personable. He also answered my questions. Shoutout to the manager Adam for doing a follow call and extended excellent customer service which I didn't expect. I was so surprised by such act of exemplary personalized customer care. Exceptional Service Got home from work at 6:50 pm and my A/C was not working, it was 95 degrees outside and 84 degrees inside my house. I called Cool Air USA and the tech (Leo) arrived by 8 pm. He diagnosed the issue, explained my options, replaced the parts and fixed the A/C by 9:30 pm. No after hours fee, no hidden costs, no hassle. Great response So my a/c went out early morning on a hot summer night. Never thought I could get someone out to my home as quickly as Cool Air responded. Called the company early in the a.m just hoping to get someone out to my home in the next few days. Not only did they send a repairman out early that same day, he had my a/c working within an hour of his visit. Outstanding!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience The ac at my elderly mothers stopped working. I called them at 9am and by 9:30 David was at my moms condo. He explained everything thoroughly and even told us what to expect in the future due to our older system. David was very professional and courteous, but more importantly he was very polite.
