It was a great work done! Joe the guy that came by was real good and knowledgeable I was happy with the work done and strongly Raccomanded to any one. Good Service We reviewed a number of contractors for replacing our A/C system. We were sold into awarding the contract to Cool Air USA, clearly they had a good sales representative. The sales person was knowledgeable and pointed out that the existing A/C system was bigger than what the house required. That allowed us to get a unit more appropriate to the size of the house. Very happy with the service. They have serviced our two properties, one in Davie, Fl. and one at Lauderdale by the Sea. Very happy with the service, especially the professionalism of Leo B. Always punctual, attentive and very knowledgeable in his field.
Took forever....but it was done right Tech called at 9:15 to say he was 30 minutes away - showed up at 10:30. Did some work and had to stop to return to the shop to get some materiels. Did more work and had to go back to the shop because the plumbing fixtures provided him were incorrect. Did more work and had to return again. Job was completed around 5;10PM and I (finally) had AC that was working..
Great company Adel was awesome. And the tech was the best. He is better than awesome. He found the problem and fixed it in record time. Cool air will have my business for life. I will surely recommend all my friends.
Efficient repair I called the office in the morning, was given a time frame for the afternoon. The tech called me 30 min before arrival. Very professional and efficient. The same day I recommended the company to a friend of mine.
