Great service in a timely manner!! We are absolutely impressed and happy with the service we received from Cool Air USA! We had an issue where our furnace was running very loud when we turned on the AC. I called Cool Air USA, the receptionist answered promptly and booked our appointment for the very same day. Jure was fabulous..very professional explained everything to me that needed to be done to fix my ac..was cordial and clean made sure nothing would scratch my wooden floor cleaned up everything quickly. I would most definitely recommend Jure from Cool Air...top notch and pleasant.

Great and quick service. The motor went out on my outside unit. I called and was quickly scheduled an appointment for later that morning. Archie, my technician, called me on the way to his place to find out what was going on before he even got here. Everything was said and done with a few hours (had to leave to get the right sized part) with friendly and knowledgeable work. Will definitely call again.
Outstanding company and service techs Once again, Cool Air USA proved to be a superior AC company to others in the market. Fast and efficient work was done to address a difficult technical issue. Carl Aleno was superb and performed work over 90% of ac technicians could not have achieved. I highly recommend him and Cool Air USA for any needed work.
