satisfactory Service was great, and on time. I was very discouraged about an $145.00 charge for cleaning a water line. It took the tech 5 mins to clean the water line. I wish I was told how much the price was before they did the cleaning. I would had never thought it would be so expensive.

leo was the best Fortunately no immediate repairs were need it and before the tech showed up my ac started to cool. So i really wasn't to happy to have to pay for a service fee since my ac was working but leo the tech was super friendly and respectful. He checked my entire unit and seem to be very honest and explained to me that my ac was working fine now but I did have an older unit and repairs were bound to happen. Leo came out on Sunday and got us fixed up quickly! Very clear communication and informative!! Leo was a very professional technision Very fast on a Sunday. Explained the issue clearly and had parts with them to repair my a/c unit.
