Once again, very responsive and professional service! It is the third or fourth time I have to call Cool Air and, as always, very responsive, sent someone within hours (on a Sunday!) and solved the problem, with all the works (again) covered by the warranty! I can fully recommend them. Thank you Cool Air team!

Great all around service Reached out to Cool Air USA as my home was warmer than usual. Archie Moore is who arrived and provided his great customer service. He was very educational as well. If I'm ever having issues with my AC unit, I'd appreciate if Archie came back and took a look. Give that man a raise!
Drain back up My drain backed up and was leaking in my hardwood floors their service was very fast able to come with in just a few hours and fixed the problem. I they even improved my system so I can maintain it in the future. Excellent service :)

Top Notch Customer Service! Today, Archie serviced my A/C unit. He was very friendly and efficient. He serviced the unit quickly and skillfully while simultaneously answering my questions and elaborating on them. Although the unit did not hum like its been doing, Archie followed a number of steps and did numerous tests to confirm that the unit is in good shape.
The response time was very efficient. They were at my house within 30 minutes. The technician that came out today was very professional and took care of the problem.
Very satisfied consumer I would highly recommend Cool Air USA to family members and friends. Very professional and fair and reasonable pricing for services. Thank you for your timely response and repair of my air conditioner.
